Flickr & SmugMug x MODE Festival Discount Coupon Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period: June 9, 2026 - June 12, 2026, or while supplies last 

1. Eligibility

This promotion is available to the following customers, provided they are legal residents of the United States, Canada, the European Union, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other countries where SmugMug and Flickr services are available, provided that participation is not prohibited by local law:

1. SmugMug Customers: Existing SmugMug customers (including free trial users) in good standing during the Promotional Period.
2. Flickr Customers: Any individual who purchases a MODE Festival Flickr Pro Interactive Pass. Because the Flickr Pro Interactive Pass requires or includes a Flickr Pro membership, no separate Flickr membership is required at the time of redemption. 

2. Discount Details

• Qualifying SmugMug customers will receive a coupon code for 15% off MODE Festival GA tickets;
• The SmugMug coupon code is: smugmugperk15
• Qualifying Flickr customers will receive a coupon code for 15% off MODE Festival Flickr Pro Interactive Passes;
• The Flickr coupon code is: flickrperk15;
• Discount applies to the base ticket price only and does not apply to processing fees, taxes, VAT, GST, or other charges.
  

3.  Coupon Code Terms

• Each coupon code may be redeemed once per customer. SmugMug customers may purchase multiple GA tickets in a single transaction using the coupon code.
• Coupon codes are non-transferable and have no cash value;
• Coupon codes cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or discount codes;
• Coupon codes expire on June 12, 2026 at 11:59pm ET;
• Coupon codes are subject to ticket availability.
• Awes.me, Inc. reserves the right to deactivate and reissue codes if they are shared publicly (e.g., on social media or coupon aggregator sites).
  

4. Redemption Process

• SmugMug customers will receive their coupon code via email as part of the existing customer communication or via their SmugMug dashboard;
• Flickr customers will receive their coupon code via email as part of existing customer communication;
• SmugMug coupon codes must be applied during MODE Festival ticket checkout at [https://www.flickr.com/account/upgrade/pro/mode-festival-ga];
• Flickr coupon codes must be applied during MODE Festival ticket checkout at [https://www.flickr.com/account/upgrade/pro/mode-interactive-pass]
• A valid Flickr account is required to complete the MODE ticket purchase;
• SmugMug customers must maintain an active SmugMug plan through the festival date (September 18, 2026) or the discount may be revoked. SmugMug trial users must convert to a paid plan by the festival date or the discount may be revoked.
• Flickr customers must maintain an active Flickr Pro subscription through the festival date (September 18, 2026) or the discount may be revoked.
  

5. Restrictions

• Limit one (1) coupon code redemption per customer;
• SmugMug discount applies to MODE Festival GA tickets only;
• Flickr discount applies to MODE Festival Flickr Pro Interactive Passes only;
• Coupon codes cannot be applied retroactively to previously purchased tickets;
• This promotion cannot be combined with the SmugMug Early Bird free ticket offer or any other MODE promotional pricing;
• Awes.me, Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  

6. Relationship Disclosure

SmugMug and Flickr are photography platforms under Awes.me, Inc. MODE Festival is produced by Awesome Events, LLC, a subsidiary of Awes.me, Inc.

7. Relationship to MODE Festival Terms

These Coupon Terms & Conditions govern only the discount promotion described herein. All MODE Festival ticket purchases made using a coupon code are separately subject to the MODE Festival Ticket Terms & Conditions available at https://modefestival.com/terms. By redeeming a coupon code and purchasing a ticket, you agree to both these Coupon Terms & Conditions and the MODE Festival Ticket Terms & Conditions.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
   
   1. General. Personal Information collected in connection with this promotion is processed in accordance with Flickr’s Privacy Policy at https://www.flickr.com/help/privacy. 
   2. EU/UK Residents. For residents of the European Union and the United Kingdom, the legal basis for processing personal information in connection with this promotion is legitimate interest in administering and fulfilling this promotion (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). You may exercise your data protection rights including rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, as described in the Privacy Policy.
   3. Canadian Residents. By participating in this promotion, Canadian residents consent to receiving commercial electronic messages related to this promotion in accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism in any promotional email.
      
9. Consumer Rights
   
   1. EU/UK Residents. You acknowledge that MODE Festival tickets are for a leisure event on a specific date and are therefore exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(I)). 
   2. Australian Residents. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
      
10. Tax Disclosure
    
    1. United States. The discount reduces the ticket price. Applicable sales tax will be calculated on the discounted price. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes.
    2. International. Customers outside the United States are responsible for any applicable VAT, GST, customs duties, or other taxes imposed by their jurisdiction on the discounted ticket purchase. Awes.me, Inc. is not responsible for determining or collecting foreign taxes on behalf of international customers.
11. General
    
    1. This promotion is void where prohibited by law;
    2. All MODE Festival ticket purchases are subject to the MODE Festival Ticket Terms & Conditions;
    3. By redeeming a coupon code, customers agree to these Terms & Conditions;
