MODE x FUJIFILM X-T50 Sweepstakes

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The MODE x FUJIFILM X-T50 Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Flickr, Inc. ("Sponsor"), with prize support provided by Fujifilm North America Corporation ("Fujifilm"). This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media platform.

2. Eligibility

By participating, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Fujifilm, MODE, their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at [June 8, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time (“ET”)] and ends at [June 22, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. ET] ("Sweepstakes Period").

All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.

4. How to Enter

A. Instagram Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period:

1. Follow @modebyflickr and @fujifilmx_us on Instagram.
2. Comment on the official Sweepstakes post explaining why you want a new camera to bring to MODE.
3. Share the Sweepstakes post to your Instagram Story and tag @modebyflickr.

Instagram accounts must be public at the time of winner selection so eligibility can be verified.

B. Facebook Entry

During the Sweepstakes Period:

1. Follow Flickr and Fujifilm X Series US on Facebook.
2. Comment on the official Sweepstakes post explaining why you want a new camera to bring to MODE.

C. Alternate Method of Entry (Mail-In Entry)

To enter without using Instagram or Facebook:

Hand print your full name, mailing address, email address, telephone number, and a brief statement (100 words or fewer) explaining why you want a new camera to bring to MODE on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by [June 21, 2026] and received by [June 22, 2026].

Limit one (1) mail-in entry per envelope. Photocopied, mechanically reproduced, incomplete, illegible, or automated entries are void.

Entry Limits

Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method of entry. Multiple entries by the same person may be disqualified. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by Sponsor. 

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

• One (1) FUJIFILM X-T50 camera kit with XF16-50mm lens
• One (1) MODE Box, including one (1) MODE Festival Ticket

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $2,400 USD

Actual value may vary. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

Winner is responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any expenses not specifically stated herein.

6. Winner Selection and Odds

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by MikeWorldWide (MWW) from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will occur on or about [June 23, 2026].

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be notified via direct message, email, telephone, or other contact information provided during entry.

Potential winner must respond within three (3) calendar days of notification or such other timeframe specified by Sponsor.

If the potential winner:

• Cannot be contacted,
• Fails to respond within the required timeframe,
• Is found to be ineligible,
• Fails to complete required documentation, or
• Declines the prize,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries.

Sponsor is not responsible for failed, delayed, or misdirected communications.

Upon notification, the potential winner will be required to provide their full legal name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number to facilitate prize fulfillment and verification of eligibility. Prior to prize fulfillment, the winner may also be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability and Publicity Release, and an IRS Form W-9 within the timeframe specified by Sponsor. Failure to return any required documentation within the specified timeframe may result in forfeiture of the prize. 

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent for Sponsor, Fujifilm, and their respective designees to use winner's name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, social media handle, and biographical information for advertising, promotional, and publicity purposes worldwide in any media now known or later developed without additional compensation or notice.

9. Entry Content Requirements

Comments and submissions must:

• Not contain unlawful, defamatory, obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or infringing content.
• Not violate any third-party rights.

Sponsor reserves the right to remove or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these requirements.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, stolen, misdirected, or garbled entries, or for any computer, telephone, satellite, cable, network, electronic, or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind. 

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Fujifilm, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, Facebook, MWW, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, misuse, or possession of any prize.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy and will be used for administering the Sweepstakes and fulfilling prize obligations.

Participants acknowledge that information submitted through Instagram or Facebook is also subject to those platforms' respective privacy policies.

13. Disputes

Except where prohibited, entrants agree that:

• Any disputes arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any claims shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California.
• Entrants waive any right to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Winners List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to:

Requests must be received within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

15. Platform Disclaimer

Instagram, Facebook, and Meta Platforms, Inc. are not sponsors of, endorsers of, or administrators of this Sweepstakes and are completely released from all liability by each entrant.

By participating, entrants understand they are providing information to Sponsor and not to Instagram, Facebook, or Meta Platforms, Inc.
